Industry context
Commercial Kitchens
Commercial Kitchens depend on predictable temperatures for product quality and compliance. Centralised production kitchens running continuous cold loads. We plan the fix to end the risk, not just the symptom.

Prevention
Stop the fault returning
Monitor cabinet temperatures daily and log deviations so refrigerant leak is flagged before stock is lost.
Replace door seals at the first sign of perishing to stop the warm-air ingress that drives many refrigerant leak callouts.
Book a service check ahead of peak trading so the display refrigerator under the heaviest load is not the one that fails.
Keep a documented escalation path for temperature alarms so refrigerant leak is answered in minutes, not noticed at close.
