Prevention
Stop the fault returning
Book a service check ahead of peak trading so the cold room under the heaviest load is not the one that fails.
Keep a documented escalation path for temperature alarms so not cooling is answered in minutes, not noticed at close.
Schedule quarterly preventative maintenance on your cold room to catch wear before it becomes not cooling.
Keep condenser fins clean and airflow clear — the leading preventable cause of not cooling in warehouses cold chains.
