Industry context
Warehouses
In a warehouse, leaking water moves from nuisance to operational risk very quickly. Distribution cold storage holding palletised perishable stock. We plan the fix to end the risk, not just the symptom.
Cape Town coverage
Goodwood · Northern Suburbs
Our Northern Suburbs technicians treat Goodwood as core coverage rather than an outlying callout. Familiarity with Goodwood means less guesswork about access and parking on arrival.
Prevention
Stop the fault returning
Keep condenser fins clean and airflow clear — the leading preventable cause of leaking water in warehouses cold chains.
Monitor cabinet temperatures daily and log deviations so leaking water is flagged before stock is lost.
Replace door seals at the first sign of perishing to stop the warm-air ingress that drives many leaking water callouts.
Book a service check ahead of peak trading so the cold room under the heaviest load is not the one that fails.
