Prevention
Stop the fault returning
Replace door seals at the first sign of perishing to stop the warm-air ingress that drives many refrigerant leak callouts.
Book a service check ahead of peak trading so the cold room under the heaviest load is not the one that fails.
Keep a documented escalation path for temperature alarms so refrigerant leak is answered in minutes, not noticed at close.
Schedule quarterly preventative maintenance on your cold room to catch wear before it becomes refrigerant leak.
