Prevention
Stop the fault returning
Monitor cabinet temperatures daily and log deviations so refrigerant leak is flagged before stock is lost.
Replace door seals at the first sign of perishing to stop the warm-air ingress that drives many refrigerant leak callouts.
Book a service check ahead of peak trading so the cold room under the heaviest load is not the one that fails.
Keep a documented escalation path for temperature alarms so refrigerant leak is answered in minutes, not noticed at close.
